I first started using HubSpot in 2014 at a travel tour company and instantly fell in love.
Like all passionate romances, I was head over heels but also encountered a lot of early frustration:
- Couldn't figure out the lists functionality
- The interconnected nature meant it took a long time to set
- The tracking code sometimes caused issues
- The COS/CMS/landing pages editor isn't perfect
But I loved how easy it made things:
- Everything is connected in one system
- The best practices are baked in
- HubSpot has an amazing education and support platform
- They integrate sales and marketing and CRM like no other
- Pricing is friendly for beginners but scales up
More to come on my experiences and playbooks with HubSpot:
